- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, the address of the job, a description of the work, photos you upload and the appointment time you pick.
- Messages and call records when you call or text our business number.
How we use it
- To review your request, give you a price, schedule and confirm your visit, and do the work.
- To contact you by phone or text about your request and your appointment.
Text messages (SMS terms)
Program: 4RCT Handyman (Jonathan Chavez) sends text messages about estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, and questions about your job. We do not send marketing texts.
How you opt in: by checking the optional text message box on our estimate form at 4rcthandyman.com, or by texting us first at (707) 470-2148. Consent is not a condition of service; you can still get an estimate by phone or email.
Frequency: message frequency varies, usually 1 to 5 messages per job. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; we will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (707) 470-2148 or [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your information. We use trusted services to run our business, such as our online booking form provider (Jotform), our phone and texting provider, and our calendar. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it for your job, our records and the law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
